Who completes the bounties hunted by the Replit account?

I noticed that the @replit account is listed as the Bounty Hunter under some of the services on the Bounties page. I’m interested but was wondering who actually completes those bounties? Is it Replit employees? Some of the services are high $ so I’m interested in learning more before pulling the trigger.
