When I try to run my code it either half loads or says "This webpage might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address"

Problem description

Whenever I try to load my code it either never loads or only loads half of it. Also get a message on the webview saying “might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address”. I’ve tried everything but I can’t get it to fully load.

Expected behavior

Load the webview.

Actual behavior

Loads half of it only HTML not Css or doesn’t load it at all.

Steps to reproduce

I just press RUN to run my code and it just stays loading.
