Update Replit intellisense for PHP

Problem description:
I am writting code in php and has problem with not recieving any suggestions in code. ie in decration previous declarated variable

Expected behavior:
when i want to use second time variable i should get any suggestion from replit

Actual behavior:

nothing is happend. I need to declare variable

Browser/OS/Device: chrome , firefox - windows 10 and mac venture tested

Not sure that this is a bug, but it should be fixed. The Replit intellisense is kinda… garbage.
