Unable to see the option to add members to a team using CSV

I have created a team using the documentation.
but I am unable to see the option to “Upload Members using CSV” option.

Hey there! If your Team for Edu was created with privacy mode enabled, you won’t be able to upload students via CSV. By enabling privacy mode, you are ensuring that no student information such as email or name is uploaded to the site, but uploading via CSV would require that information.
