Problem description:
the bar that has brackets dashes and programming symbol that appears on above the keyboard is missing in C repls
Expected behavior:
to see the bar that exist when you open the shell and see ctrl-c and other shortcuts
Actual behavior:
that bar is missing
Steps to reproduce:
create c repl touch the acreen in a file the keyboard show up without the symbols bar
