I am requesting you to add up a new feature " terminal"

What do you mean? There is already a “terminal” feature, which is the Shell.

To access the terminal (it’s called the Shell on Replit) make a new Repl or load one up, select the + on any of the tabs that you’d like, enter “shell”, it should be the first result with a pic of a shell to the left of it - select that and there you go!

“Welcome to the feature?” Do you mean “Welcome to Ask” or maybe “Welcome to Feature Requests” lol
Or you could be welcoming them to Shell.
