Problem description:
When You go to make a new team for friends the pop up includes the selection asking if students are going to be under 13 even though its not an EDU team. Note I do have an EDU org and teams in it. I have not tested it with an account without one.
Expected behavior:
That pop up does not apper
Actual behavior:
It does apper

Go to https://replit.com/teams and press a button to make a new team for freinds
