That should just be a temporary issue, try refreshing, and a cache refresh if that fails.

Ctrl+Shift+R should do it.
it worked but my schools filter system blocked my profile picture
The default picture does come from a different domain, https://avatars.discourse-cdn.com/. Yours specifically is at https://avatars.discourse-cdn.com/v4/letter/u/7c8e57/48.png. If you change your profile picture, it won’t be loaded from the avatars cdn.
