No, It IS read a topic with more than 100 replies, but it seems you didn’t “read” it long enough for the blue dot to disappear on every post
You DO need to read EVERY SINGLE REPLY in order for it to count.

I can’t find any blue dot on new topics.

I read 2 topics before, one with 209 replies and the other with 301, and I think one more with 109. None have the blue dot…?
