Project Overview Not Exporting

Bug description:

The Export button on the Projects Overview page is hanging and not sending a CSV to my email.

This is still critical functionality as we migrate from Teams Edu.

This was working on the 8th Jan as I successfully did an export then.

Expected vs Current Behavior:

A CSV file should be sent to my email

Steps to reproduce:

Go to Projects Overview on a Teams for Education. Click on Export.
