Posting a bounty application removes all new lines and markdown formatting

Bug description:
When you post an application containing new-lines, all the new-lines are removed and the text shows up one line.

Expected vs Current Behavior:
When viewing “Applications”, the application should show new-lines like they were written.

Steps to reproduce:
Apply for a bounty with the following:

Line 1

Line 2

When you submit it, it’ll show up as

Line 1 Line 2

This is not a bug but the design of bounty apps. I think they do plan on changing this though.

Then bad UX. Users should be aware they won’t be able to add new lines to their bounty.

We now support newlines in bounty applications!
