My Repl Is loading. page is unresponsive

Bug description:
page initially loads but then becomes unresponsive, I cannot click into any of my files:

Expected vs Current Behavior:
Should just load the repl and allow me to edit/view/run my repl

Steps to reproduce:
try loading page

Do you have a stable network connection? You could also try running kill 1 in the shell.
