My bounty application not showing in applications tab

There has been similar problems reported before, like this:

Bounty application is taking time to get approved and display

Why are some of my bounty applications not showing up on the platform even though they have been submitted? I have applied for 4-5 bounties, but only 3 of them are showing in the applications section. It has been over 3 days, and the missing applications are still not there. When I open the bounty pages to check, it says the bounty has already been submitted and is still in the open state. Has anyone else experienced this issue or know how to resolve it
