I’ve been searching everywhere but found nothing. Is there a file that stores history or something? Any help would be appreciated

Currently, there is no way to remove file history from your files as they are stored in Replit’s database.
You could workaround this by deleting and restoring the Repl. This should recreate the files back but remove the history.
I recommend forking your Repl first before trying to delete it, since some files may not be restored/corrupted after you restored it.
