Is deploymet on replit free? If yes then how many?
If you have a paid plan, ie pro or hacker plan, you will be allocated an amount of compute units which you can use for either static and auto-scale deployments.

I didn’t deploy it, it’s merely running normally.
Just a basic HTML static website.

Replit is changing the way the platform works, currently, you can host sites at the <username>.repl.co domain by creating a Repl, however this is changing and will be deprecated for the new deployment system.

You’ll still be able to host using repl.co (soon to be replit.dev), but it will only work when you are in the workspace.
