How to create new folder and new files inside it

Hey @21f1004610 welcome to the forums!
Are you talking about Profile Folders or Repl Folders?
For Profile Folders go to your Profile (click the profile picture in the top corner and press Profile), next click the button that says + New folder type in the name and create the Folder, now click on the three dots on the right side of the Repls you want in the Repl and click Move then select the Folder you want to put it in and you are good to go.
For Repl Folders go into your Repl go where it says V Files click on the Icon with the Folder that has a + inside of it. Name the folder and create the folder. Now drag the files you want into this folder.
