Try the solution I documented here:

Seems like it was an issue with which DNS servers are used to look up replit.dev certificates. The fix (for Chrome) is to go to: Settings > Privacy and security > Security > Use secure DNS > With Custom Then choose Cloudflare (1.1.1.1)
