Cycles Deducted but No Egress Added

Hello Replit Community,

I hope everyone is doing well. I’ve encountered an issue where I purchased egress using 500 cycles, but the egress hasn’t been credited to my account. I’m hoping someone can assist me.

Transaction Details:

  • Transaction ID: 16f8506f
  • Purchase Date: September 27, 2023
  • Payment Method: Cycles
  • Username: techwithanirudh
  • Cycles Used: 500
  • Egress Supposed to be Added: 50GB

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

  1. Logged out and back in.
  2. Checked email for confirmations or errors.
  3. Checked notifications for confirmations or errors.
    • Before: Before Notifications
    • After: After Notifications
  4. Verified cycle balance.

Has anyone else faced this issue? Any guidance would be highly appreciated.
