Can't create repl

Question:
I tried to create a new repl or copy a repl from one team to another. It can’t create one. When I try to copy, the copy box just re-appears and it doesn’t copy to the destination team.

I can’t fork or create repl either .

I think the problem is resolved now. looks like a glitch.
