Hey guys, I applied for a bounty and I wanted to give the poster my first draft. Unfortunately, he has not contacted me (I was accepted) and has published no repls so I can’t talk to him that way. I have a gmail email posted there, but he has never replied to me. How do I contact him?

Email spammer…? Like the bounty is to make an email spamming system? How is that related?
(yes you should,it is never bad to report bad things unless there is a rule prohibiting such reporting and/or you are trying to annoy the admins inmstead of remove the annoying post)
So he probably means that the bounty poster is phishing emails and trying to use the phish(the stuff you catch by phishing) to spam?

Let me clarify. The Bounty is to create a program with SMTP for a email spammer thing (if I understand it correctly).
