Hi @DarlingtonChukw , welcome to the forums!
On the mobile app, open up the Files sidebar, click the 3 dots at the top, then click on Upload Folder to upload your desired folder.

Yes I’ve done that it doesn’t let me select folders I can only import files I want to import a complete folder

Hmm… good point. I don’t know what the point of that button is of there’s an Upload File button.
