Sorry to say, but deployment file systems are not persistent, and changes to any files are not saved. Replit Staff have said that they are working on a solution to this however.

Oh wow this was bugging me as well. I had a database of users that subscribed to my telegram bot, and bunch of other stuff that needs to be updated with production.
I really wish Always On hasnt been removed, as deployments dont work for me at all.
Bad decision from whoever done it in Replit
