"You can't run this Repl right now." dealing with websocket server

Problem description:
I was testing ratelimits on the websocket server for my website and got locked out of the Repl.

Expected behavior:
I should be able to access the Repl

Actual behavior:
I’m locked out of it and it won’t run.

Steps to reproduce:
0 clue, I guess just send a bunch of server requests to the server?

Hi @frouzk thanks for your post. Are you able to fork the Repl? If so please try this and see if you can run the new version.
