Write in the console

Question:
I was wondering how I can write to the console after executing my programme.
I explain, I code in python (I’m a big beginner) but when I coded on other software, after defining my function I had to write in the console so that it returns something, for example a factorial function, I define the function well, I execute the program and then I’m supposed to write in the console for which number I want, for example “factorial(5)”, but on replit I can’t write in the console I don’t understand why.

You can use the Python with prybar template for this feature.

OK, thank you, it works, and I have a question for sqlite, how can I do SELECT name FROM island for example? it tells me that island is unknown.

Did you CREATE TABLE island first?

i don’t know how do that sorry…

CREATE TABLE island is a command itself.
