Problem description:
When trying to move tabs into another tab window in the replit interface, on mobile it just moves the windows around.
Expected behavior:
The tab should move to the window.
Actual behavior:
The tab window just moves around
Steps to reproduce:
Go on mobile and try to move around tabs.
