Will people still be able to run your code if you don't have a deployment?

I was wondering if people can still see and run your code if you don’t have a deployment after they become the only way to host. I am currently creating projects that I intend to share with people, but after I heard about deployments, I wasn’t sure I was going to be able to. I couldn’t find anything on the forums that answered my question, so if someone could, that would be awesome.

You can still run your program as per normal. Your repl can only be run from the editor if it isn’t deployed (so it’s for development). We haven’t heard any news about running from the Cover Page.

I’m pretty sure that we will still be able to run from the cover page, this is why they changed it to make the project page bigger
