The RAM/CPU counters are fairly inaccurate and you shouldn’t face any problems regarding them. These counters also take into account code intelligence and background processes, which vary from language to language. If you are running out of RAM/CPU power, you could choose to upgrade your current plan or boost your Repl.

Not really sure what you mean, but you can upgrade your plan for higher RAM and CPU power. Regardless though, your speed shouldn’t be affected too much unless your program needs to use an extremely high amount of resources.
