Why always-on is not always-on?

Question: i have paid 7 dollars to have the always on python crypto bot bit it disconnect after like 15 minutes , I would like to keep it always on like it said

If its not that its allowed. But always on only restarts the repl when it goes to sleep since all repls need to be shut down and restarted and move to different clusters and stuff to improve resource management.

so in few words its not possible to use Replit with python to leave it connected and do the job , right ?

If the program can NOT be restarted ever no Replit can not
