Thanks for reading.
I haven’t done much with JS but it’s becoming one of my favorite if not my favorite language (Python is up there though it might still be my favorite, I don’t know ).
Yes I don’t know much JS so python is my favourite right now.
But in some cases python is also quite hard because of indentation glitches which are literally impossible to fix.
Most languages use indentations
That’s gonna be annoying
Huh? Indentation errors are quite easy to fix.
Nope.
Not for me usually, lots of the time they seem impossible to fix.
Well most IDEs auto-indent for you…
Yes it does do that but sometimes it still has the error for some reason
Another one of these polls!
From the perspective of a non-biased programmer, I’d pick neither. They’re good for different stuff and can’t be compared.
But from the perspective of the APSP (Anti-Python Secret Police) I’d pick JavaScript
well, I like python as it is for server side stuff, but also like js for its modern-ness and client support.
You can use JS for server-side though.
yes, but i like client side the most (but am more than willing to do js server side)
JavaScript is by far the better choice for anything related to web development IMO, but Python is great for anything else, hence its "general purpose"ness, and has a lot of features JavaScript is lacking.
I think I like JavaScript a bit better overall though
Yes, my opinion will probably change as I Learn JS.
I do take that back now. Most of my errors are unexpected EOF while paryasing or something.
