At this point it’s not possible. The Replit Discord is no longer official, and some user thought it would be funny to snipe the url.
So I don’t believe it’s possible to get it back unless the sniper gives it up.
The new vanity url is Friends of Replit
Will Replit be forced to either request for it to be assigned to their own (private) guild or let users be sent to a fake guild?

That doesn’t explain the URL being dropped by Replit
Basically they dropped it because it was unofficial and TMK they basically abandoned the link for a while since they were thinking of closing it or smth but then tried to get it back but it was sniped
I wonder if they’ll sue the person who stole it

It’s basically impossible for Replit to “sue” them over a vanity.
It’s actually possible, they are infringing on Replit’s copyright.
Replit lost the vanity due to their own mistake, it can’t be fixed unless the person who claimed it wishes to give it back. Replits best bet is to calculate how long the server will have the vanity for based on boosts, # of people boosting & if the server has active boosters.
They got it back already
