Scratch Jr. is by far the easiest language. If you would even call it a language anyway

I think its also Turing Complete IIRC!

If you mean typing languages, Python would be one of the easiest.

Python. Super simple syntax, doesn’t have strictly defined types and uses linked lists instead of real arrays so you don’t have to worry about fixed length arrays and slices.

Scratch is the easiest. After learning Scratch, I felt Python was easy too.
