So I noticed in the documentation about Discourse trust levels that upon reaching TL3, you can have your links followed.
What does this mean?

Before TL3 the links you post have the nofollow attribute on them meaning it wont help with SSO. This is to hurt spammers. But at TL3 you are trusted not to advertise so it is removed because the links you post should be constructive.
