Want to replace a team member

Description of the problem (please keep it simple and short):

Not able to add a team member after removing another

Explain what you were trying to do:

1. I have a teams subscription of 2 seats.
2. I removed 1 team member and now trying to add another one
3. It shows 2 of 2 seats filled, even though there is only 1 user in the team

What areas or features are involved?

1. Manage Team members

I’ve experience something like this before, but not with team members, but instead with teams.
