Unable To Use Ghostwriter (or "Replit AI")

Problem description:
When I use Ghostwriter to generate code, it just shows this:

I have tried reloading and it did not change anything.

Expected behavior:
I am able to use Ghostwriter.

Actual behavior:
I cannot use Ghostwriter.

Steps to reproduce:
Open a Repl, left-click, and press <*> Generate.
