Tutorial pages not in order although files are

Problem description:
Pages 3, 4, 5 of the Tutorial are not where they should be. They are files 10, 11, 12 of my files, but are arranged to become pages 3, 4, 5 in the Tutorial pane.

Expected behavior:
Pages 3, 4, 5 should be at slots 10, 11, 12.

Actual behavior:
Files 10, 11, 12 are at pages 3, 4, 5.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Fork repl
2. Look at Tutorial pane
3. Pages are not in order (check the files sidebar to confirm this)

This is not a bug. It’s late so Idk how to explain but basically pad page 1-9 like this:
