What problem(s) would this feature solve?

Explain what you were trying to do when you came across the problem leading to this feature request
I want to turn off the replit code inteligence because if people want to use there own code line for beginners like want to print so I good to print by there own not by ai

Do you mean AI Code Completion, not code intelligence?
You can turn this off for all repls by clicking the AI button near the bottom of the editor and unchecking the checkbox, or by going to User Settings in the editor and turning off AI Code Completion.
