I’ve struggled with multiplayer stuff for years,and the latency wouldn’t get lower than 250ms.

Wouldn’t that increase latency for non-asia-located users? Unless you’re talking about active users, then that might make sense.

Yes,but because I’m in asia,I get to decide who gets the most speed.I need to test stuff.

It would be great if we could get an idea of what this means, what languages and tools are you using, what data are you sending, this would probably help others help you with reducing latency.
