Take a look at the first topic:
It says the most recent activity was 1m ago, but appeared grey when I clicked into the ‘View 1 latest or new topic’. Odd.
Now in the topic, look when the post was sent:
It says 4h! Not 1m! Very odd.
Is there a problem?

Edits on the most recent post bumps the topic. And it appears that edit is very recently
A full list of what bumps a topic:
- Edit to the most recent post
- A new post. That includes “admin actions” (ex: closing, unlisting (only visible on topic lists to TL4+) etc)
- A bump by the system manually caused by a topic timer set by a TL4+
