There was an error connecting to the server

@ShaneAtReplit Forgive me for pestering, has there been any update on this problem though? It still remains an issue for us.

Not update as of yet. I have escalated this issue internally to get more eyes on it.

@ShaneAtReplit Good news - the problem seems to be fixed - thanks for all your help with this, much appreciated.

No problem at all! Let me know if you need help with anything else!

Hi @ShaneAtReplit I’m a teacher using Teams for Education. We just started our first Python Processing project of the year and this bug has occurred for some of my students, but not others. Any ideas for how I can support my students in working around this?

Hey @LeahWolf1!

I am so sorry for the delay on this.

Are you still seeing the issue? If so, can you please send me links to Repls that work and links to Repls that don’t so the team and I can crosscheck them?

It happened when your IP Provider have bloked the ip or your net, try to use other provider like your mobile internet

How do I change my IP Provider?

You can’t, unless you buy a new router. Or if your mobile data has a different ISP.

It was working fine before and no changes have been done with internet provider. Sometimes i see the diagnosis issue error and sometimes it works. Kindly advice

If any of you are still seeing issues, can you please send me the links to your Repls and send me a screenshot of the issue so we can take a look?

Here’s one of several of mine. Works for many, but not others.

I am seeing issues similar to what is described here but with JavaFX, here is the Replit.

its happening with python with turtle only

Oh, wow. My parents wouldn’t let me do that.

(confirmed it’s purely a turtle code issue because the black (loading) screen pops up only when the connection is successful and so it’s not an outage)
