Themes look different on the editor than on the rest of the site

Problem description:
Theme colors look different on Theme Editor from rest of site

Expected behavior:
It should always look like the theme on the Editor

Actual behavior:
Some things look different

Steps to reproduce:
Create a theme
Set some (preferably dark) colors
Apply theme
When editing the theme, the dark colors will be there, but on the rest some will be different:

Sidebar buttons are lighter (and most buttons), outlines are lighter.

Also when creating a theme with light theme base, the colors are different before, a bit darker, but when you reload and go on the new theme again, they are the normal light theme colors.
