The webview for projects is not working

Problem description: The webview for all the projects is not loading. It is not even working for default HTML, CSS template with no added code.

Expected behavior:
The webview should load

Actual behavior:
The window is similar to above screenshot

Steps to reproduce:
Start with default HTML, CSS template. Run the project. The webview does not load.

After not working for whole day, it started working on its own.
