The 'UPLOAD FILE/UPLOAD FOLDER' feature isn't working!

Bug description:
Upload file/folder feature hasn’t been working for the whole of today. It has worked previously.

Expected vs Current Behavior:
Expect new window to appear to upload a file from my computer. The current behaviour is on click nothing happens.
Steps to reproduce:

We’re looking into the issue now. A current workaround would be to drag and drop files into the sidebar.
