The error message popup should not disappear on a timer

Currently, if I hover over code with a red squiggly, the error message appears but then disappears after a short period.

Sometimes the error is hard to read, complex, or long. But the box will disappear before I can carefully examine the message.

The error message should stay until I move my mouse away from the red squiggle.

This has been like this for a long time now, my suggestion would be to run it through a code checker or debug using error logs until this gets fixed.
