Python replits have a configuration file called .replit that configures it, including which file to run. For python it defaults to main.py. You’ll have to change that if you want to run a different file!
If you want to run multiple files at once, I’d reccommend importing the contents of one file into another.

Just click the next to “Files” then click “Show hidden files”. Next click on the .replit file and finally you can change the entrypoint to whatever file you want to run.
