Can you go to Tools > Settings > Code Intelligence and see if the toggle is on?
Or, can you see if your file has an icon, but not a folded page one, next to the filename in the Files sidebar?

The toggle is already on & the file symbol ‘in blue color’ is also showing. still syntax is not is color.

Does pressing CTRL+SHIFT+R to reload the page and cache help?
