Svelte Repls are currently not working

Problem description: when I start my project it keeps loading and says it is offline/online/offline/online etc

Expected behavior: It should launch in a few second

Actual behavior: It keeps reloading but never starts

Steps to reproduce: open any svelte project :slight_smile:

Browser/OS/Device: Desktop, iPad, mobile app. Same bug everywhere.
