[Account issue]: I want to downgrade from a professional to a hacker. If it’s not possible, or if there is no response within 10 days, I am considering deleting my account

Welcome to Ask! See this topic for more info. Might I ask why it is so important for you to downgrade? You are the third user recently to want to do this and I really don’t see the point in not using what you paid for.
