[Support]: I have to contact support to change my account to hacker instead of pro?

[Billing issue]: I have to contact support to change my account to hacker instead of pro, wtf? Why did it redirect me here to the forums instead of to actual support?

It’s a bug that replit staff is aware of and is looking into the cause of it

Thank your for the reply - I’m confused though, I can’t even find a link to contact support? Am I understanding this right that anytime you want to change plans you need to contact support? I’m trying to set up private repl.its for upcoming interviews and wanted to change to Hacker since I don’t need Pro - and the trial was in Pro.
