I’m sorry to make this post but I have sent a question through the help form in replit and then through support email and after 3 days i still don’t have any answer.
Is it working fine ? or maybe there are too many requests that the delays are long ?
It was a billing question, not so important, but I hope that if it was about a failing deployment or an important production question i could have a quicker answer or at least an answer to say that something is in progress.

Try sending another email, and try both emails (support@ and contact@). I’d assume that your emails might have slipped through their system.
