SSL error for web view in new tab

Bug description:
Whenever I click the icon to open a webview in a new tab for an html file, I get an SLL error

Expected vs Current Behavior:
The webview should display my web page - I get the error while working on Flask or on an html/CSS template.

Steps to reproduce:
It seems to be tied to my account. I have had some friends/colleagues fork my repls and try them. T hey are able to get the pages to display without error. When I access repls tied to other accounts, they work fine as well. I only get the error when I click on my own webivew from a file tied to my account.

Bug appears at this link:
If I change the URL so that there is a “–” instead of a “.” in front of my username, it works fine. As it is, this does not work:

Screenshot(s)/Screen Recording:
When I click the link, I get this error:

but I can see the webview in the shell while I work.
